Did you get the e-mail we sent you?
If you are listed as a contact on an uscloud.com account, we sent you an email with some instructions to guide you through the account creation process. Please double-check your inbox and be sure the email didn’t land in your junk mail. If you can't find it, your account number is printed on your most recent invoice. If you don’t have an invoice, please contact our support team for assistance.
Are you a technical contact for an account?
If the account administrator has listed you as a contact, go ahead and enter your email and the account number to get started. If you don't know the account number, or the account administrator has not listed you yet, they can log in to their account and send you an invite email with a simple link for you to click that will verify your identity and provide you to access the account.
